I don’t love my order, can I return it?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, only if the product is damaged. You have 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is not possible after the item begins processing. Once you place an order it is final.

Why do I have two tracking numbers?
Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
